Conor McGregor, the renowned UFC champion, captivated crowds of fans during an incredible meet and greet event at The Clubhouse by Sala, making amazing memories for everyone who came.
During the day, McGregor carried out exclusive press interviews at The Clubhouse following his press conference at Hard Rock Marbella. In the evening, McGregor returned to The Clubhouse for a ticketed event priced accompanied by his wife, friends, and enthusiastic fans, McGregor enjoyed a lively party with a selection of canapés, mini sliders, and Irish whiskey whilst he mingled with fellow Irish celebrities, including Stephen Carr and Shay Given.
He expressed his love for Marbella and his dedication to bringing Bare Knuckle Fighting Championship (BKFC) to the area, reminiscing about his childhood visits and fulfilling a long-held dream. “Marbella has always held a special place in my heart, and I’m excited to bring BKFC here,” McGregor commented. McGregor also highlighted the growing interest in combat sports in Spain, saying, “Spaniards have an increasing appetite for combat sports, that’s why we are here in Marbella.” He emphasised the excitement surrounding the upcoming BKFC event on the 12th October, 2024, in an open-air bullfighting arena, which he described as a “gladiator” experience. McGregor invited everyone, especially the Irish community in Spain, to join the event, promising a night of thrilling combat.
The event was a huge success, offering guests plenty of photo opportunities with Conor McGregor himself. They enjoyed a vibrant entertainment lineup featuring local singers Mary and Tony Capo, accompanied by Live Sax and Bongos, as well as residents Joe & Jade.
